Privacy & Trust
Center

We believe privacy is an absolute commitment, not a legal compliance chore. This repository explains precisely how SecureBase handles your personal information with complete fidelity and cryptographic rigor.

Official legal specification · Audited for GDPR & CCPA compliance

Data Collection

We gather only minimal technical telemetry required to protect your account and never harvest secondary personal data.

Purpose-Bound Usage

Your records are never monetized, traded, or shared with external advertising brokers under any circumstance.

User Rights & Control

You retain unhindered authority to inspect, export, or permanently erase your profile archives with one click.

DIGITAL PRIVACY LEDGER : REPOSITORY REF SEC-2026

Understanding Our
Commitment

This ledger outlines every datum processed by SecureBase, juxtaposing plain-language summaries with enforceable statutory text. Designed for transparent scrutiny, verifiable provenance, and total individual sovereignty.

Policy Navigator
Standard: SOC2 Type II & GDPR Compliant

Zero Data Monetization

We never sell, broker, or syndicate user records or operational telemetry to commercial counterparties.

30-Day Auto-Purge

Transient request headers and diagnostic packets are permanently destroyed on 30-day automated rolling cadences.

Hardware-Key Sovereignty

Master encryption keys remain strictly client-side. SecureBase staff cannot decrypt at-rest customer payloads.

01. Data Collection & Processing Architecture

PLAIN ENGLISH INTERPRETATION

When you establish an account or interact with our encrypted infrastructure, we capture strictly necessary authentication identifiers (such as verified enterprise email, cryptographically salted password hashes, and federated SSO tokens). We do not scrape, index, or correlate device sensor data, ambient locations, or unassociated third-party browsing sessions.

STATUTORY LEGAL CLAUSE : § 4.1 DATA INGESTION LIMITS

The Data Controller processes User Personal Data pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations. Processing is limited solely to categories strictly imperative for service execution, namely: Identity Assertion Artifacts (RFC 7519 JWT), Network Origin Hash digests, and cryptographically segregated billing metadata. All ingestion pipelines employ immediate tokenization, stripping payload content from operational logs at boundary reverse-proxies.

02. Cookie Architecture & Session Telemetry

PLAIN ENGLISH INTERPRETATION

SecureBase does not deploy cross-site tracking pixels, fingerprinting canvas scripts, or advertising identifiers. We utilize strictly necessary HTTP-only session cookies engineered to maintain cryptographic integrity between your browser and our edge API gateways. If you decline optional performance telemetry, core application functionality remains 100% accessible.

STATUTORY LEGAL CLAUSE : § 5.2 EPIDEMIOLOGICAL DATA HYGIENE

In accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, local storage objects (LSOs) generated by the Platform are categorized as Strictly Necessary under Article 5(3). Transient authentication states persist exclusively under the SameSite=Strict and Secure directives, terminating upon session close. Analytic aggregation engines operate entirely client-anonymized via differential privacy noise injection (epsilon = 0.5).

03. Sovereign User Rights & Access Control

PLAIN ENGLISH INTERPRETATION

You retain total authority over your stored datasets. At any time via your self-service dashboard or direct API key call, you can download a full cryptographic export of your account ledger or invoke an irrevocable deletion purge that removes records from live clusters and cold backup tapes within 72 hours.

STATUTORY LEGAL CLAUSE : § 8.4 RIGHT OF ERASURE AND PORTABILITY

Data subjects hold full recourse under GDPR Articles 15 through 22, including the Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'), and Data Portability in structured, machine-readable JSON schemas (RFC 8259). Upon receipt of verified cryptographic authorization, SecureBase shall execute algorithmic key shredding across all replication shards, rendering ciphertexts mathematically irrecoverable within 72 aggregate business hours.

04. Cryptographic Safeguards & Data Sovereignty

PLAIN ENGLISH INTERPRETATION

All data in flight is shielded by TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy; all data at rest is encrypted via AES-256-GCM hardware security modules. We do not maintain unauthenticated administrative backdoors, master encryption bypasses, or shared tenancy credential caches.

STATUTORY LEGAL CLAUSE : § 9.1 INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY POSTURE

The Processor satisfies Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs) codified under Article 32 GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A controls. Storage enclaves enforce envelope encryption protocols with envelope keys generated inside FIPS 140-3 Level 3 validated boundary modules. External penetration audits occur bi-annually with verified attestation reports accessible to enterprise tenants under formal NDA.
